I’m glad you covered my alternator but would’ve been nice to have covered the tax on it as well.

The power driver"s seat stopped working in an unsafe driving position. A claim was submitted to have the dealer fix the seat, and Guardian Warranty approved the claim to have the seat fixed . Very satisfied!

Everything went well. I chose to use Gold Star which was one of the garages suggested by GWC as it was within 5 miles of my residence where my car was parked. Gold Star called GWC, worked out the estimate and had my car ready in a couple of days. I would've been happier with my warranty if the diagnostics and fluids were included but I probably could have chosen a different warranty when I bought the Jeep, so that's on me. Overall I was thrilled with both the warranty and the service.
