I purchased the warranty the day I got the car. I have had the car for 2 years without any issues. I took the car to the shop and the recommendation were for a total of $1600.00. I called the warranty company they told me what to do and the same week they gave a check to the repair company for $1300.00. I only had to pay $300. I was very thankful for GWC Warranty and its quick response.

My parking brake started to malfunction, so I took it to my dealership on November 8th, 2019. Before beginning the repair, the dealership contacted GWC Warranty and very quickly learned that GWC covered all of the repair except for a portion of the labor. The repair was quickly accomplished and I was highly pleased with GWC's coverage.

I bought my used truck from a dealership in early August. With the truck came a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty from GWC. Fast forward to the present and I noticed a leak in my driveway that was coming from my truck. After I had a mechanically-inclined friend take a peak under my truck, he said it’s coolant that’s leaking and it’s either coming from the radiator or from a hose. I had to have service done on my truck but didn’t have my warranty information with me. I paid the bill and called the next to see if I could still file a claim. The initial response was no so I asked to speak with a manager. I was able to send a copy of my invoice and received a response within an hour saying a check would be sent that day. I was very pleased with this outcome and pleasantly surprised how quickly the process took. Special thanks to Lena and Dominic!!
