Very unprofessional customer service .Waiting days for inspector to inspect car and refuses to cover a warranted part . I have to wait for my service engine light to go on again which is the reason I took the car to begin with then take it back to reputable BMW dealership so the inspector could see it is a bad part . You didn't cover what I was told you'd cover. I purchased (cash) a bumper to bumper warranty. I incurred about $600 in costs I shouldn't have. To me I was lied to.

Covered replacement of defective wiper motor. No problem whatsoever.

1. Had to wait too long for approval for repairs for my truck, but found out it was due to a new employee being trained how to process a claim. 2. Very limited garages which could be utilized close to where I live. I'm hoping GWC plans to negotiate with more small independent garages to accept their warranty services. I had to go 10 miles out of my way to receive service

Did good, only thing. I was not explained when I bought the warranty the amount covered per hour.. I honestly thought that this was the Mercedez Benz warranty. Expected better coverage for the amount of money paid.
