I recently needed to have some repairs done to my car, I am grateful that I had my warranty but the warranty did not cover the whole repairs needed, the warranty company would only pay for a set hourly pay for the mechanic the rest had to come out of pocket and some of the parts the warranty company did not cover, if it shows being covered under your warranty it should cover it all the repair cost not just part of it
Pay for the entire car part if under warranty
My past experiences with extended warrantees have been horrible. Surprisingly this company is totally the opposite.
A little faster on paying I get told a lot by my mechanic he hasn’t got his money
Soon ready to add another year or two contract.
Only thing that upsets me is that we bought warranty for 3 years and what they don’t tell you is if you reach 138,000 miles before those 3 yrs the warranty is then no good even thou Your still paying. But I had zero issues with getting my water pump fixed
I would only suggest a way to get confirmation of payment sent to dealership....somehow they received the approval information but missed your payment information.
