You cut the labor on the job to 1/2 hour, I don't know of any where that doesn't charge a hour for any services. Especially when it takes me over a hour to get to a authorized service center. Bigest disappointment
It took 3 days to get the approval for my repair. That was 3 days I couldn’t use my truck. That’s too long.
Repair to my car was $659.00 you only paid $45.00 dollars for a thermostat I thought I had better coverage than that
You need to cover more on parts so people do not have to pay an extra 150 over the deductible
No I had my water pump changed and they recommended I changed my thermostat and you guys wouldn't cover that I think you should go with whatever the manufacture suggest
Nothing. The service Manager contacted GWC on my behalf and told me my service was covered.
Didn't cover everything like I thought it will I STILL had to pay the difference
Everything was fine.
I wouldn't have a vehicle if I didn't have your warrenty..wish it was a longer span than two years
