I still do not have my car! It's been 3 months! I had to buy another car to get to work. I think your service might be good for minor repairs, not major issues.
Get them to reimburse me 406.00 to fix the brake system when I bought the car
I want to thank the service agent for reinvestigating my initial claim, which had components denied. In the future I think that GWC should really have a more comprehensive approach from the claim adjusters. It really does not make much sense to deny items that are worn to almost complete failure while an engine on an expensive car is pulled. It only costs GWC more money and it is VERY upsetting to a client to have this major work done to only have to take it right back to have more repairs done. My time is valuable!
The only thing I wasn't happy with was that you didn't cover doing the value cover gasket or rear seal gasket.
Well love the warranty but having problems with my dealers standing behind it and fixing my they won't fix my shackles on my truck cause its 14 years old and my shackles are covered so fixing truck myself and selling It and that's alen besco in xenia Ohio would not mess with them or buy a tire from them they are horrible
Faster approval. Also, the process with the rental car is a little deceptive. Of the shop have your vehicle for 3 days, then you should be allowed 3 days. Not for Labor time only.
