Michael Duke is literally the best personality I have ever met. What a guy. It is the small things, he checked on me to give me a time estimate and when it changed they provided an update and chatted kindly. They shared about themself for a few moments, and it made the time fly for me. I loved his patience, kindness and his southern charm. Ford! Give this guy more work. Just jokes. Thanks for making my service experience the best.
