This was my first at the dealership and the Service staff was very courteous and respectful. Corey was my Service Manager and he welcomed me and explained about the 40k maintenance entailed. The whole facility is kept clean and everyone that I came across was welcoming. Asked if I would go back, yes I would.

Ricardo went above and beyond! He kept me constantly updated on my Raptor. He even helped me get my medicine from my truck (that I forgot in there) just moments before closing. He kept me updated on parts ordered and he was precise with his expected timing of service. I look forward to returning to Gwinnet Ford. Gwinnet has a true asset in their hard working, respectful, employee Ricardo. He cared for my vehicle as if it was his own.
