I had an urgent battery change in late December of 2023. I turned up without an appointment to try and get this fixed, and Michael D went out of his way to assist me and get the car fixed.

Sales guy was nice to my son whom is only 18 and works in the Motorsports racing industry. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to try a certain lender we suggested. Therefore, my son went elsewhere, despite the drive, to get a 'Stang GT with the same package & color he wanted. The salesman here really lucked out. We had a 19yr old vehicle to trade-in with very low mileage, under 130k, new transmission, wheels etc that we bought him when he got license at 16 less than 2yrs ago and they were wanting him to put $3500 down. Noel my salesman was great! Be sure and ask for him. However, the manager that runs the credit check is ignorant and does not listen. I said for my credit to only be ran once through Capital One because I was pre-approved. I ended up being approved, but of course not for the pre approved amount. My salesman was great and that’s why they got a 3 star rating instead of 1. My credit was ran 6 other times. I specifically said only once. I’m highly upset.
