Exceptional, efficient service by leasing department. Worked exclusively with Jessica and was amazed by the kind of customer service rendered. I was very interested in a rental at a time when there were alot of stressors in my life. Jessica was always kind and gracious even when I was not very agreeable. She had my property fixed up and sparkling clean in time for me to move in. Would highly recommend H3 if you are looking for a quality company to do business with.

We lived at a property managed by H3 for 5 years. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and maintenance issues were handled within hours. We highly recommend them!
