Today I signed my lease for a house with H3. I’ve been in contact with them for 2 months prior to signing the lease. In those months they were making sure the home I was moving into was up to code and safe for me. They answered all my questions, were always polite even though I know I called more than the average person. They were always professional, always responsive, and always respectful.
