Rented for a few months and had tons of miscommunication. Wish i would have read other reviews before renting. They put a good show on in the beginning, and then after you sign their lease its like they dont care about you unless rent is due. Their answer is always “its up to the owner, we are the middle man, we dont do anything”. Had issues with electrical outlets, i called for help and was told “we will call the owner”. Terrible service. Don’t care about tenants! We had a car jacking, burglary and a guy shot, we asked for lights and they said,”not our priority!” Trash always over filled. Never clean snow or ice in parking lot.
Worst place to rent from if you have any problems they have no interest in fixing the situation and their workers are lazy and unprofessional. I'm being harassed by my neighbors because I got a dog and for having company (I'm hardly ever home) and I have expressed that I don't want to live there for multiple reasons. One being my car got broken into and I have seen this guy break into other cars on camera. This is one of the worst companies I have ever delt with. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. I reported a leak back in June/July of this year in my kitchen that not only left water damage stains in the kitchen but down my hallway and in my laundry room. I had to go back and forth for someone to come out and check and when they finally did 4 months later they just showed up to paint. Didnt schedule a painting just showed up to paint.
