The office staff, especially the main manager Shawn, has been the most frustrating part of this experience. Communication is poor, issues are not handled efficiently or in a timely manner, and interactions often feel dismissive and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. They do not care about their tenants or the integrity of their properties. When I moved in, both of my doors had gaps/holes which ultimately allowed pests, MICE, to come into my home. They acted like it was not a big deal until I kept pressing the issue and they had mice control come out last year. I rented 104 Pierce blvd in ofallon il. I had a 12 month lease. 8-1/2 months in a bought a house and notified them that I was all moved out and they could inspect and start looking for a new renter ( per the lease they “say” they will do their best to find a new renter asap) 3-1/2 weeks go by I hear nothing from them , drive by the house no for rent sign nothing on their website that it’s available. Oh update not just they took my whole deposit they are charging me more over my deposit they are unbelievable I have all the documentation of them not fixing the water leak and the ac unit at all and then when I asked for a itemized list they didn’t provide everything! They didn’t show the price that it took them to haul off the left over shelf, a few bags of trash and a fire pit oh and most of the trash was in my dumpsters that I paid for!!!
