Trustworthy Service I’ve owned 3 different vehicles from Halton Honda since 1996. Won’t drive anything else. Excellent customer service here (as always) and specifically Brad Mordue who is the best! Highly recommend HH.
Excelent. Totally confident on repairs required to my vehicle. My go to service person is Brad Mordue, over years he has given me wonderful advice and supported me through emotional upset when I had vehicle repairs . Super employee and I rely on him for all required repairs to my vehicle.
Customer service This has to be the best place Ive been to , to have your car serviced, everyone is so helpful and polite and you feel valued as a customer.
Car Service I've always been happy with my treatment at Halton Honda's service department. Like all car dealerships, the cost of taking care of our car there is expensive. Having said that, I was able to use a $100.00 gift certificate I was given several months ago by someone in sales. This covered the cost of the $77.00 oil change. I don't remember who gave it to me. I would have no problem recommending them to others.
Extremely satisfied with Halton Honda My service advisor, Alex, was very helpful and explained in detail what was going to be done. He even had some work done at no charge which was appreciated (removed oxidation from my aluminum wheels and resealed prior to fitting my new tires). Work done: 4 new tires, new rear brake pads and rotors, new caliper boot, brake and power steering fluid replacement. Also appreciated was my “long time customer discount” on labor.
Excellent & friendly service. The service counter staff are very courteous & helpful. One of them( Nick or Matt?) came outside to show me how to remove the "tire" symbol from the screen.
New car purchase Have to say that purchasing my 2018 Honda Civic EXT from Halton Honda was the most satisfying car purchase I have ever made. All aspects of the purchase we're positive and stress free.
Friendly and Helpful Service at Halton Honda This was a regular servicing for my 2004 Honda Odyssey. Alex was the service adviser who is always dependable and willing to give me the best option for my needs and make sure I have all of the information.
Oil change It took far too long for a simple oil change. I had no appointment for an oil change and the dealership prefers us to simply come in for an oil change without appointment. Then it took 5 hours from start to finish and I had to be bought back and forth from home. Dealership needs to determine how they are going to handle oil changes. Can’t be everything to everybody.
