Excellent service and highly recommended I had a great experience buying me CRV from this dealership. I also had an accord before it was totalled. I knew I could come back for the new vehicle here
Friendly, convenient and helpful This was our second Honda purchase with Halton Honda in the last year and we would recommend it to friends. Very pleased with the service from Dave Krstulic. He was friendly, helpful, quick to respond and helped us with all our needs.
Happy Friendly and professional. Very thorough. I’m a return customer and always happy! They go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend.
Steering wheel shaking Brad followed up with my concerns, kept me informed and only did the work required. Only downside is the traffic was too heavy on QEW to retest car so I am not sure yet if it is fixed. Will let them know if it still shakes.
Service was great The service was done on time and fast. Nigel, my service advisor explained me everything that was done. I like that he offered me car wash.
quick response requested check of noise originating at the rear of the car, and check of the brakes, received what I requested, got estimate for future work
Excellent customer service This experience was especially an excellent one. Our sales person Marc was very friendly, helpful and overall provided amazing customer service. We will as always recommend Halton Honda to friends and family. Thanks , Ken and Sonia Dunne
exceptional service My vehicle was scheduled for an oil change. The appt. I made was on time & service was prompt. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Thank you. Haver a nice day.
Always professional and courteous Also pleasant efficient and assisting with my needs. Considers my life circumstances and requirements with not over selling what I don't need. I will continue to use this dealership because of this.
