Check Engine Light Check engine light was on. Took the car in for service. I was dealing with Jamal. He was very patient with me and took time to give me details about the light and what they had done with it. I like dealing with Jamal. He is always very straight with me about what is required and what can wait for repair. I think he if very fair.
My opportunity to give feedback I could say 'very good service' 25 times, but that's not what you want. So, I'll just say that I am always impressed by the expertise exhibited by the advisors.
Refreshingly simple and efficient car purchase experience We have owned many makes and models of cars/trucks and Hugh at Halton Honda is the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He made the experience simple and straight forward from the test drive through to delivery. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful, but Hugh was the star of the process. As promised service was performed on time and car washed Service personnel was friendly and very helpful. This time the car was washed. Car drives more smoothly. Service performed in time allotted.
