Courteous and attentive Called in without an appointment as I was having problems starting the car. Marc arranged for a check to be done, and subsequently a new battery was put in. Within about 2 hours. Had a ride to the Mall by the shuttle driver. Very pleased to get it done so promptly
Car was vibrating at approx. 110 km when braking on hwy. Front rotors thickness was machined on car lathe at mid-August 2018 visit. Drove car for another 2 weeks & was still experiencing the problem, especially on highway trip to and from the airport on Aug. 29. Visited Halton Honda service desk on Tues. Buying a new car. We felt so comfortable and stressless with our salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure and very honest. For buying a new car, we went home happy and relieved.
Friendly and Helpful Service rep Marc was very friendly and helpful. All the work was done as expected and a follow up appointment was booked to fix a warranty related issue with the audio system. Have always had good service from Halton Honda.

Fantastic service!!! The service department is the best I’ve ever used. Top quality people providing excellent service. Very honest and helpful. Although I ended up not requiring the shuttle service, it was the shuttle driver who called and said he “could pick me up right away because my truck was ready”, and an hour before expected. :)
