Good Service I tried out this dealership because the reviews were great. I've been 2 or 3 times now and the service is definitely way better than another Honda Dealer to the east. I found the service advisors to be caring.
Alignment limitations in 10 year-old Element I described the issue to Mark Comfort. He said he would investigate and let me know. Mark indeed followed up, recommended a course of action, which was most satisfactory. The work was carried out efficiently and cost effectively. The vehicle alignment is not set to ideal specs. The handling is noticeably improved. I have been dealing with Halton Honda for fifteen years. They have never let me down, even when the problem was subtle.
replacement of broken part where the tailgate opens on my Honda Fit had become cracked it had to be replaced because the latch would not open every time. I dealt with Nigel in service. The replacement part was ordered and I paid for it. Then, when I got home, I remembered that when I bought the car last Fall I took out an extra warranty. Service to 2006 Honda CRV Despite a slow start, the confirmation that I received when I booked my appointment did not show on Nigels appt listing for that day, he did a fantastic job setting it up and completing the work in a timely manner. Great experience. Quick and smooth. Bought a new civic. Sales person was responsive and very helpful throughout the process via email and phone. Financing was approved the same day. Everything was fast and easy. Got a great deal upfront with minimal haggling. Will be returning to this dealer when I want to upgrade in a few years.
Overall ok When I arrived they were quick to help and get me in for the scheduled service. I was given a ride on the shuttle home as it was going to take several hours to complete the oil change and replacing fluids. I got a call that my vehicle was ready and they came and picked me up. When I got dropped off, my vehicle was ready bu the paperwork wasn't ready. The service centre was supposed to be closed 30 minutes prior. Great experience Went in to trade in my leased Civic for a new Civic. Hugh was friendly, helpful, and accommodating No pressure. Answered my questions and granted my requests, always trying to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Love my new Civic!
replce moulding on roof The necessary parts were ordered and the service was quick and professionally done. All staff were friendly and helpful. Was asked several times if I required the shuttle. Enjoyed a coffee while I waited.
Excellent service. My oil change was done on time and they showed me a dirty filter that needed replacing. The new filter was installed very quickly and they gave me a car wash before I left.
