Great personable service Nigel was very cordial and ensured my service needs were completed in the time I was there. Just when I thought I was ready to leave, he indicated that my car was about to get washed. Bonus!
Easy and Efficient David made the process very easy and went above and beyond to fit my time constraints coming from downtown. He was available anytime I had a question and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. Great guy.
excellent service advisor - Brad knows his stuff !!! Brad is a great problem solver !!! He took time to listen and understand my concerns. i do believe though that the actual dealership needs to add more service bays - ie expand as there is always much lead time for booking appointments. owners need to invest in their business space as Burlington is becoming bigger and the dealership is becoming more busy. maybe it is time for a second honda delarship in Burlington as this one seems to have outgrown the capacity for bulringt... read more
A 123 service I had my 2016 Odyssey had a A123 service and it was done on time and they always have provided me a shuttle when I have needed. !

Smooth Process - Making it Easy to Buy a Vehicle! We made one trip to the dealership and David gave us a thorough "tour" of the new CRV - all of the new features as well as explaining the differences between the Touring and the EX-L. David impressed us with his knowledge of the CRV and, more importantly, his passion for the Honda products he represents. We left the dealership in just over an hour, made a decision and had our new car about a week later. Easy! Thanks David.

A very pleasant vehicle buying experience. My wife and I primarily dealt with Dave Krstulic, very friendly and knowledgeable, who completely disproved the notion of the pushy car sales person. Dwayne Cook thoroughly explained the numerous optional warranty programs. On delivery day, the paperwork was organized and every page explained to us before signing.
