Great Everything went according to the appointment plan. I was expecting to wait for my service to be completed but it was explained that it would be awhile. I took the shuttle service home and back to the dealer with no problems.
Proffesional service Glen and I were very pleased with our service at Halton Honda. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by our salesman and front desk. We were wanting a CRV XL Jeff went over our options and explanation of vehicle. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. All of our questions or concerns were answered by Jeff. professional, pleasant I have been leasing Honda civics since 1984. This dealership ( Halton Honda) is very easy to deal with. David McHarg is knowledgable and very personable.
Another great service date with Halton Honda Fast booking, excellent quick service and a free car wash. A ride home is always offered. Why go anywhere else! Everyone in my family owns their own Honda and loves it!
Service Shuttle service could be better and more punctual. Other than that everything was excellent. Nigel was truly amazing and pleasure to work with - made this experience so much more enjoyable
Remove Winter Tires Remove and store winter tires. Sales person was kind enough to check the oil on my request & voluntarily offered to arrange a courtesy car wash.
Everything was done complete and on time as expected. Every trip to Halton Honda has been done with professionalism and efficiency. The prices are very fair and the dealership is very reliable. My only concern would be the longer than normal wait to pay for my bill. I stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes only to find out that my bill was at another reception desk. I'll know better next time.
A2 service for my 2006 Accord Car was ready before estimated time. Service advisor very friendly and efficient. Only negative was that I could not find a parking spot available. Overall, a great experience.
My Flat Tire I brought my Ridgeline in because of the low tire pressure light. The good news was that Jamal got me in right away, the bad news was that there were 3 punctures that could not be repaired. Even worse, the tire was out of production, & I would need 2 of them. Jamal ordered them, arranged for a ride home, & sent a car to pick me up before the roads were jammed with evening rush hour.
