Totally customer focused. All my questions were answered promptly and all deadlines were met. The sales department was not pushy and directed me to products that met my needs.
Friendly and efficient service as usual! The purpose of my visit was to have my tires changed from winter to summer. I really appreciate having my tires stored at Honda for the convenience! I, also, appreciate the updates on the status of my tires and whether the tread is appropriate for safe driving. If they don’t know they answer personally, they will ensure they get it and deliver in a timely manner. Alex and Brad are very approachable and helpful. Great Service, on time pickup Made a regular oil change visit. It was crowded and the service manager came and took my order as all the other people were busy. The shuttle dropped me off on time, the car was ready on time and everything worked well.
