Changed tires and recall for 2nd row seats Amazing service. They fit me in and covered all my concerns with min reasonable time. Great prices! The service department is friendly and efficient. The coffee and lunge excellent to enjoy.

Suggestion: When a customer comes in for service, I wish the folks in service would make eye contact and acknowledge waiting customers. The Usual Great Service for my Honda I was able to get a "same day" appointment for installing my summer tires and trouble-shooting the Tire Pressure Monitoring System on my 8 year old CRV. I met with Brad Mordue and set up the needed service, then got a ride home with the Halton Honda Shuttle. A call from Brad, early in the afternoon, explained the problem with the TPMS, and recommended a solution, I agreed with Brad's recommendation. Swap out winter tires for summer tires I've been a happy client of Halton Honda since 2010. I have purchased 2 vehicles (Odyssey and CRV) and have had them both serviced by Halton Honda exclusively. The folks in the service department are fast, friendly and professional, and the service work is always done properly and at a reasonable price.

Quick, friendly, comprehensive. Jeff was patient, conscientious, accommodating and helped me understand the wonderful world of modern cars. These things almost require a degree in electrical engineering and Jeff patiently found service people to explain procedures and adjustments and settings I didn't have the patience to find in the manual, though he was familiar with most it himself. It was a great pleasure to find a car with the kind of power steering that made highway driving relaxing and not a white knuckle experience.
