Easy service Set up service appt, needed shuttle to home and back when car finished - very prompt and friendly drivers. Car finished earlier than scheduled. Car wash was busy so I was given a card to come for a wash at my convenience. Start to finish, a very good experience.

Tire swap and pealing paint on hatch Mark was very helpful in addressing the body paint issue and being able to get it scheduled into the shop very quickly. In addition he was able to have the repair covered and provide a loaner vehicle while it was being repaired.
Transmission Issue My wifes HRV has had a problem since the vehicle was delivered. Brad has been watching each time we service the vehicle. Once again there is a problem. Brad has arranged to have the unit back into to service to look at the transmission. Great job. We hope this can be repaired as it was our intention to buy this unit once it came off lease.
