Reason for early oil change Had accidentally left the car idling for 2 hours and therefore in view of the recent article about the Honda CRV and contaminated oil problems.....I decided it would be wise to change the oil which was in fact not a good colour for the limited mileage since the last oil change. It was changed but the percentage change was not reset which is fine with me.
Excellent Service Experience Service and Sales Staff were friendly and professional. Felt appreciated for being a Honda customer. Service waiting area comfortable and shuttle drivers were attentive to helping customers. Free coffee station well stocked and maintained. Couldn't ask for a better service experience.

Quick, friendly, comprehensive. Your service was fine as always. My problem was that my new Civic tends to wander around when speed gets over 60 mph. This I discovered on my way to Florida, not before. Three trips on the QE before I bought it didn't allow me speeds over 50 mph. As my third Civic, this steering issue was a surprise. Car purchase Great service from the time I walked in the door. Greg Berg was our sale representative and amazing he was. Courteous on his approach and great at listening. He was not an aggressive salesman as I had met some, but a listener. He applied the silent service of listening and then responding to my needs. Found me what I wanted and made the sale. Job well done I Book the appointment, drive my car to dealership and work done.. No issue reported. I was called ahead in time that work has been completed.
Winter Tires removed and Stored , all seasons put on The booking of the appointment, the timing and the service was first class. Jamal was very easy to deal with. I even had the vehicle washed. Great experience.
