Kind friendly staff willing to go the extra mile I was never left in the showroom before anyone asked if they could help. If no help was needed I was able to look around. If help was needed someone was found for me. We bought a CRV and I brought my Mother in to see if she could get in and out of a CRV and I was able to do this with no problems.
The service at Halton Honda is ALWAYS 5 stars! I have been going to Halton Honda for 12 years. Bought 2 CRVs from them. Nobody ever has a bad day. Motor went on sliding door Fixed quick and easy once the part was received. Also corrected the recall on the mid row sliding seats from the fall. Thank you very much

Going above and beyond I recently purchased a used Honda from Halton Honda; it was my first time dealing with this dealership. After purchasing the vehicle, an issue was found with the alignment. I took the van back and Halton’s service department cleared up the issue free of charge and loaned me a new vehicle to drive. Their response to the issues exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the outcome of my purchase.
