I walked into Hannoush to get a battery for my husbands watch. The other store had to send out for 4 weeks. I was greeted by Chris and he was happy to change the battery for me and was very personable stringing up conversation with my 7 year old son. Asking him if he was excited to be going back to school. My son was so happy that Chris was talking with him.

Chris was amazing. Gave me 3 different options on fixing my aunts ring which I inherited. Clearly explained each option. Very knowledgeable in his field. Understands the sentiment of this ring and his willingness to allow me to discuss the options with my husband. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to have their jewelry inspected. Chris and Courtney were both fantastic!! I came in two weeks before my wedding to get some bracelets adjusted, and unlike some other stores who had to ship jewelry out for adjustments, they were able to do it in store and immediately! Everything fits perfectly now and I still can’t believe how quickly and expertly they were able to do the work!
