I set an appointment time online only to have them call me thirty minutes past the time scheduled and tell me they require a three window minimum (I need two). When I told the woman it doesn't specify this on the website she brushed me off and asked me to reschedule for three windows. I asked her why I would reschedule for three windows when I only need two and why have I been waiting around for some one to come here if the appointment time on their website isn't really an appointment time it is a "suggested appointment time... read more

The windows and sliding door look fantastic! If I could say only one thing for improvement, I would that they would take one window out and put it back in during the winter as my house was freezing cold for hours after they finished.

My windows were put in 2012 They were put in by American exterior The windows were put in by nice people I have no complaints but the gas has leaked out And I need someone to please come help fix them I have a lifetime warranty.

Dave is our salesman and he did a great job explaining every detail from the company to the product. My daughter loved the demonstration and she’s 4 years old. Communication was very good and I feel satisfied with their product and service.

Shane New was our Salesman and he was not only very pleasant but even laughed at my unique comments. He was very proficient at explaining what in the Dickens we were investigating, answered all of our questions perfectly and showed us why we should do business with Hansen's. I am sure that he was handsome underneath that mask of his but try as I may, he would not take it off, keeping us as safe as a Hound Dog. Reading the reviews wish I had before I gave them 5000.00 half down for a garden window and sliding door. That was in July of 2020. Here we are almost 25 weeks later, no window no door. I see reviews praising Shilo, have his number but he doesnt answer. I'll update this review after 2 things. 1- my attorneys and bank handle theft of services that will be filed or Hansons returns my money with no issues. Clock is done ticking.
