We never actually got to get the windows installed. Our salesman seemed really nice but the prices kept jumping all over the place and he quickly became irritated when we asked for multiple options (hey, its thousands of dollars, we want to make sure we're getting what we want). The full experience was outstanding. Installers kept us informed when they would arrive. They finished on time and cleaned up before leaving.

It was great, but I do not want to leave my name on any reviews or whatever. They all did a great job and were friendly and explained things when asked what they were doing. I have no complaint except I do not leave my name on products.

Price of windows plus installation: $2840. Hansons price $7811. I know, When I cancelled, I had to pay the manufacturing price along with a cancellation fee. We hired someone else to install for 1590 instead of 3961. They also took 3 months too long and never returned our calls.
