Service was too slow then I don’t understand why a customer have to constantly put a 100 deposit every time you stay it’s frustrating. Just stayed last Wednesday and still don’t have that deposit back yet.

Cleanliness, The lady check me in was very professional,but when I checked out. I had to hunt down the desk cleck. She saw us coming and walked away. Not professional!!

iWill Go to Tunica Next time!!!! Room was alright but service sucked. Not enough towels. Had to go to the front desk. No real room service. You call downstairs for food but you have to go get the food yourself from downstairs. I ordered food in their restaurant, sat for hour and food never came. Ask for a refund that never came back to my credit card. Drink station in Casino utterly filthy. Cleaned the room better than I received it and they still took my $100 deposit. Dont go there. Save your $$$

Staff was amazing! My two night stay can be described as follows: cold showers, dead roach on mattress under pillow, constant smell of burning cigarettes, cold showers, limited food choices, cold showers, burning cigarettes, and lastly, cold showers in December.
