RecommendedAs someone that has struggled with their mental health for 20 years, and lived in multiple states where I've seen multiple providers, this facility was such a lucky find. RecommendedI adore Dr Gilcrest for his compassion, care, & consistency. During my first appointment, he seemed cold, but direct so I stuck w him. After my 2nd appointment, I saw his personality shine through in how he made a joke & we bonded. So, while he is initially cautious & assessing us as patients, he cares. He takes the time to go over my complex case, Epilepsy with PTSD, ADHD, Depression, & Social Anxiety. He wasn't afraid to change my meds. I am the best I have been in years. RecommendedThe people I've worked with have been so patient with me. I've been in treatment here for 3.5 years. I never felt judged or ashamed of my mental health and addiction illness. I have truly gotten my life and happiness back. That wouldn't have been possible without the care and respect of my therapist and mental health doctor. Treatment really does work especially here at harmony and roots. I will forever be thankful for what you guys have done for me.
RecommendedI wish that the people would leave which office they went to because I have been going to the Morgantown office over 2 years and I don’t have any issues. I am thankful everyday for my therapist Caitlyn and nurse practitioner Amanda. With therapy and medication I was able to work through my depression and anxiety. Caitlyn has been beyond amazing and my sessions with Amanda she always addresses and listens to my concerns about medications. I’ve referred so many people to Caitlyn and Amanda.
RecommendedI recommend this business as much as I can. I have anxiety and depression, and Dr. Gilchrist has put me on medicine that is right for me. He has listened to my concerns and has gotten me on the right track. I have also been seeing the therapist, Faye. She has helped me channel through my feelings and has changed my outlook on my life. I don't know where I would be without her and all of the staff at the Emily Dr. location. I am forever grateful.
