need better staff that knows how to handle people..... people skills sadly enough are lacking. they have no patience and talk down to ppl and hang up when they dont wanna do their job

Your place is such a joke. These people will kick someone out of the program with no assistance in referring or helping with the medicines they are on. Don't care if a person goes through severe withdrawal. Abandonment. Poor way to run a clinic.
I can’t get anyone to answer the phone, return calls or emails. I’ve heard great things about this place, but unfortunately I can’t even score a call back. The process just to get a person to speak with makes me feel like this is a terrible place that will only further escalate mental heath issues.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with! They don’t call back. They schedule with the wrong doctors. They double book. I’ve truly never had as many problems with any other office. I will be finding a new place to go. Don’t bother wasting your time and money. So unbelievably unprofessional!
terrible service.....not trying to get to the riot of my issues.....very rude....would cut me off mid sentence....acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. I definitely dont recommend.
This place will be good or bad depending on why you're going or what you need. I only saw psychiatry, but the 2 stars is for the office itself. The doctor was wonderful and I loved her, but i wont be returning because of the office. First, let me say if you have aniexty/panic problems that inhibit your ability to speak on the phone, this place IS NOT FOR YOU. While the therapists are nice, the building is not handicapped accessible. So, if your therapist is on the second floor, they dump you in a group room that sometimes is already occupied without regard for your appointments.

My daughter has been a patient with Harmony for a year. Harmony has given her nothing but problems when getting medication refilled. The pharmacy has made requests, and so has she, without a response from Harmony. The last time my daughter called the facility, she was told that she hadn't gotten a prescription from them for 3 months prior. My daughter tried to explain to them that she, in fact, had just taken her last pill that day.
