The care team has been cold and indifferent to my Special Needs adult child. She suffers severe depression and the doctor was so terribly rude to her and when I brought it up they suddenly came up with several hurdles she would need to jump through for her to get help. I have been a patient of this establishment for many years. 2 weeks ago I was struggling so terribly with my depression and was worried I might hurt myself. I wanted to talk to a provider about changing the dose of my medications to see if that would help. The receptionist was so rude even after I explained what was going on, she said the best she could do was March 15! I was in complete disbelief. It seems every time I call I can never get in touch with anyone. I leave messages and don’t receive a call back. I contacted them to find out if chest pain was a side effect of my medication but of course heard nothing. At this point I am beyond frustrated and I’m just ready to contact another provider for my mental health needs. I bet if I owed them money I would hear from them. I really don’t like to complain but this just seems to be a recurring theme.

Every single month, like clockwork, I have to send a series of emails and phone calls to request a refill. Every month, I go at least 3-7 days without my meds waiting for someone there to do something. It’s really disruptive, and it’s a fake unnecessary “crisis” that they put me through each and every month. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional.

I went to Harmony in Wheeling for years. Do not trust them with your mental health! I wouldn’t go back there if it were the last doctor’s office on the planet. Seriously, if you’re considering going there…DON’T!
