Incredibly difficult to get a hold of without calling time and time again. Doesn’t notify anyone if their provider leaves and does not attempt to schedule them with anyone else. Doesn’t fill medication in a timely manner, leaving clients without much needed medication. And don’t even get me started on the billing. While they are easy to get into as a new patient, it is NOT easy once you are established.
please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. plenty of places that care in West Virginia. this is not one of them
This company is a scam. They are absolutely awful to deal with billing. Their “account specialists” are not even trained on how to use a calculator let alone bill insurance correctly and timely. Still waiting on a final bill over a year ago. No one responds. No one has any answers. They all suck. Do not recommend!!!! Scam artists!!!!!!
A complete and total dumpster fire. Been trying to go for the past year and it was going ok till about 6 months ago when appointments started getting changed around, meds were not put in at the proper time or at all and the staff would give you an attitude like you should be grateful they talked to you. I honestly was hesitant to make this review but honestly, it needs to be done. I don’t deserve what’s happening to me. I’ve been a patient with Harmony for over two years and I’ve basically been abandoned by my care team. I don’t want to go into excruciating detail because to a degree, it’s my fault and I acknowledge that.
