RecommendedStayed here April 10th through 13th 2015. House is amazing. Location is awesome. Customer service is great. Had problems getting in the lock box and they were very helpful and quick. Pool was full of crabs lol but the kids love it. Planning on making this our yearly place to stay. Thank you for a great stay.

We have had a good experience with this rental company in the past; however, this year, they cancelled two different rentals after having paid in full both times. The second cancellation occurred three weeks before our travel dates and left us almost no options to find. While the reason for cancelling wasn’t in their control, I was extremely disappointed in the nonchalant response we received from the rental agent and the lack of effort to help us find an acceptable replacement.

Although Harris Properties is situated on the beaches of Gulf Shores, renting from this particular company is not recommended. The houses lack a lot of accommodation and necessity. Also, the rental property is not complete and create some inconvenience for those who may have physical limitations and cannot use stairs. The elevator went out and does not do all the way to top floor as it states. For the amount of money you pay, there are some improvements that need to happen
DO NOT RENT FROM HARRIS PROPERTIES! My family has been renting houses for 35 years from various rental companies and never had any major problems until this year. We booked our house last December to coincide with my other family’s bookings for the same week. We had over 40 people in 4 different houses- two rented from Harris, two from a different company.
