We booked A family vacation and upon arrival the house had a leak and no hot water. We found the leak upon arrival to the house and notified Harris Vacation Rentals and they did NOT want to comp or refund any money and did NOT want to assist in finding accommodations. I had to be very demanding as I had purchased trip insurance on our part in case we could not make it, but the company had no intentions of making anything right on their part.
