I'm conflicted about leaving this review, because we've had a very mixed experience with Hayden Pet. First, their staff is very kind, welcoming, and patient. They are very good with my cat and you really get the sense that you can trust them with your pet. We brought my cat in after he developed a limp. He had an X-ray and was diagnosed with arthritis in his paw and a strain. We were given medication to manage his arthritis and told that we could keep him on this medication long-term if we wanted to. We waited a few days, no... read more

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I understand your frustration because it did not go the way you intended. Federal law requires that you have l current exam before we can dispense or refill medication and some medications require blood test before dispensing to make sure the pet has a healthy enough liver and kidneys to handle the medication.
