I'm conflicted about leaving this review, because we've had a very mixed experience with Hayden Pet. First, their staff is very kind, welcoming, and patient. They are very good with my cat and you really get the sense that you can trust them with your pet. We brought my cat in after he developed a limp. He had an X-ray and was diagnosed with arthritis in his paw and a strain.
