We are visiting the area for the summer and needed our 2 dogs yearly vaccinations. We were able to get an appointment to that made it convenient for us and the care received was kind, caring and professional. Very clean and outstanding facility. Would go back and would recommend.

Cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and empathy we were met with by the staff at Hayden Pet Medical Center. Other local vet offices were unfortunately (no fault to them) too busy to take us, or required that we have a long patient history with them. What an amazing office! We recently had to say goodbye to our 13 year old heeler and I don’t think I could have asked for a better team to help us through the process. Dr Sussman and her team were so caring and compassionate, and made sure my Husband and I were as comforted as possible, considering the circumstance. I would like to give a huge thank you to the staff at Hayden Pet Medical center on behalf of our beloved family dog Yoda. They had taken amazing care of him for the last 5 years and unfortunately recently he had to be put down at 16 1/2 years old. They sent flowers and a card signed by the whole staff to my mom after the lost of her loved dog. It meant the world to her how much they cared for not just Yoda but her loss as well.
