Well first all I don’t appreciate technical person who come check on me my mom was there and Sydney one she was totally rude told us the price how much $700 dollar 💵 and I had a limit to paid $200 that’s they kept raised the price up so blood, they think they need a allergy shot for injuries dog food allergy and a yeast or a bladder they never ask her that’s to be honest with you. I'm conflicted about leaving this review, because we've had a very mixed experience with Hayden Pet. First, their staff is very kind, welcoming, and patient. They are very good with my cat and you really get the sense that you can trust them with your pet. We brought my cat in after he developed a limp. He had an X-ray and was diagnosed with arthritis in his paw and a strain. Federal law requires that you have l current exam before we can dispense or refill medication and some medications require blood test before dispensing to make sure the pet has a healthy enough liver and kidneys to handle the medication. Nice people! Too expensive! Charge per vaccine. Plus $70 just to hold your spot for an appointment. Would’ve been nice to know cost wise before.
I have waited 2 weeks to post this review so that it would be objective as can be. Decided to try HPMC Because it was close to my home in Hayden and they offer all services from grooming to boarding. Heidi the groomer is awesome. My problem and complaint with this office has to due with the in my opinion dishonest scamming. I took dogs in for checkups they recommended dental care. My experience was not positive. Surgery was performed by Dr. Bell on my dog without allowing me to make an informed decision. He told me he would call me multiple times during the day, first one being after the initial ortho assessment was done. NO PHONE CALLS FROM ANYONE AT THE CLINIC! Due to the extensive amount of injuries, my decision would have been to humanely let go of my precious companion.
