Nice people! Too expensive! Charge per vaccine. Plus $70 just to hold your spot for an appointment. Would’ve been nice to know cost wise before.
I have waited 2 weeks to post this review so that it would be objective as can be. Decided to try HPMC Because it was close to my home in Hayden and they offer all services from grooming to boarding. Heidi the groomer is awesome. My problem and complaint with this office has to due with the in my opinion dishonest scamming. I took dogs in for checkups they recommended dental care. My experience was not positive. Surgery was performed by Dr. Bell on my dog without allowing me to make an informed decision. He told me he would call me multiple times during the day, first one being after the initial ortho assessment was done. NO PHONE CALLS FROM ANYONE AT THE CLINIC!
