RecommendedAfter a very poor experience with another vet here in town, I got ahold of Hayden Pet Medical Center to get a last minute rabies shot for my puppy. They were so accommodating and understanding of my situation and how necessary it was that I get my puppy vaccinated the same day that I called. They had us in and out within 15 minutes, and didn’t charge up the rear for it either. So thankful for this place! I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks HPMC!
My family and I have been taking our pets to Hayden pet Medical for 15 years now, from our first pet Emily to our current family dogs Leila and Macy. Everyone we work with have simply been a joy and really take initiative to know our pets. We use their vet, boarding, and grooming services and are incredibly pleased by our experiences. Dr. B has been our vet for over 25 yrs. He treats our Dobies like one of his own and am thankful to have him.
Everyone from the doctors to the office staff are so absolutely caring and kind that I won't be taking my pets to anyone else. I'm reassured leaving my pets in their care. Dr Bell is fantastic and always willing to answer my many questions. Best veterinary staff in the Coeur d'Alene area.

I could not have asked for a better experience for both me and my kitty, Jasmine. The staff was more than willing to accommodate when I could get Jaz there to see them. Liz was especially helpful in explaining what needed to be done, she got it done quickly, and my kitty and I were home within 20 minutes. Wonderful staff who show love and kindness for their furry little clients and their client's nervous owners! Thank you so much HPMC.
