The venue itself is such a stunning venue with beautiful pictures anywhere you go. Everyone we interacted with was truly great. Our day of coordinator was Celissa and she was absolutely amazing! She was so on top of everything and did anything and everything to go out of her way to make our day feel beyond perfect. Celissa we cannot thank you enough!

Hayes Hollow was absolutely wonderful! Malorri our planner and day of coordinator was amazing all the way around, couldn’t have asked to work with anyone better, her communication and professionalism shined throughout the entire process, she made it so easy for us! All the other staff we worked with along the way and day of we’re all polite and willing to help, all hands on deck! I would recommend this venue to couples. We genuinely had a great experience!

There are no words to describe the way our wedding day was other than BEAUTIFULLY! Malorri James was our devoted and outstanding wedding planner throughout our entire experience working with Hayes Hollow. She worked tirelessly all day and all night to make sure that our day had the least amount of hiccups as possible. My husband and I got married on May 1st, 2026 and had the pleasure to work with Malorri. I couldn’t recommend a better wedding planner and day of coordinator. She was a “girls girl” and helped me with my dress malfunction and hyped me up all night. Malorri made the wedding 10x better and our whole wedding party loved her also. Mallori was our wedding coordinator and day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely unmatched. From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional, not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed, because she handled everything with such grace and organization. Malorri, our wedding planner, and Trinity, our day-of coordinator, were so so so perfect. My fiancé, and now husband, and I truly had the wedding of our dreams at Hayes Hollow. It was really important to us to book an all-inclusive venue so we could have a stress-free planning experience, and Hayes Hollow gave us exactly that without sacrificing anything along the way. Hayes Hollow was a beautiful venue and the team was great to work with (Malorri, Celissa, Chris, Emily). They were there throughout the whole planning process and coordinated the wedding day fantastically. We had to make several day of changes and it all want smoothly.
