I had a wonderful experience during my first acupuncture session with Dr. Lee. He was incredibly thorough and compassionate, which eased my fear of needles. Dr. Lee’s attentive approach made the entire process not only comfortable but also effective, and I look forward to continuing my journey toward healing.
Dr. Chappelle is very professional and he listens to me and takes my issue seriously. He thinks out of the box to explain to me the best way forward. He cares about his patience. He makes you feel like you’re his priority. He doesn’t be little nor does he put you off. He has been my doctor for a while now and I really appreciate having him as my doctor.
All the staff always do great with professionalism and Doctor Alex Etemad is very professional and friendly and Yanira the office Administrator is the greatest of all the Healthpointe clinics. Thanks too all. Happy holidays to all
