Overall, my appointment was great! The staff at the Temecula office into the physical therapy. Department is great as well. I am just baffled why my appointments keep changing and I have to keep checking to make sure I have the right time. I called the Temecula office yesterday to confirm my appointment time at 10:45 and was told it now has changed to 11 AM and was asked didn’t someone call you? You did an excellent work i feel like it helped me talking about it
Jennifer at the front desk is always good and helps me with any of my requests. Dr Troung is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, realistic and has a great bedside manner. She shows that she has compassion for the patient which I haven't seen in some Dr's. Dr Troung works with the patient to find a treatment plan that works for them.
I didn’t have a long wait time, and as usual staff is very courteous.
