Hate the fact my dr is only there everyone Thursday and when went to make my 4 week follow up was told all her appointments were doubled up so now I’m 6 weeks out instead of 4

From when I walk in for my appointment till my next, the staff always makes it a more pleasant visit with their professionalism and greeting of having me checked in when I arrive. They are always going the extra mile from scheduling my next appointment to getting my meds filled and sending reminders of my next appointment. Dr. Chappel is always pushing to get me the treatment I need. Thank you all!
Dr. Vargas was awesome. The front and back office staff work together as a team. Good visit today at Healthpointe in Temecula.
Dr Chappel is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns and does his best to remedy the situation. Front office personnel are always cheerful and willing to help.

I was welcomed kindly and respectfully by all the staff. Communication was good and thorough. The only negative was the wait. I asked the receptionist if they were running on schedule when I checked in. She said they were 30 min behind schedule. I was taken to the exam room after about a twenty minute wait. Then I waited for over an hour before the doctor came in to see me. This is not acceptable. The nurse was kind and apologetic about the wait.
