Warm and welcoming experience today starting from the moment I walked in the door. Greeted by a staff member who even took the time to make me a cup of coffee as I was a bit early. Kind and caring staff, a wonderful interaction with my dedicated Physician who truly took the time to really listen to me and to perform an in-depth examination, inclusive of informing me of a well thought out future plan of care. Very comfortable,no too much waiting on the lobby, good conversation with the doctor.And great personal on the front reception.
Dr Troung is a gem! She shows a professional level not seen too often and lots of compassion. She listens and works with me (patient) to create a balanced course of action. She exemplifies a doctor that is there to help the patient. Jenn at the front desk has been awesome in helping cut through the red tape of the paperwork.
Very professional and respectful. Took care of all my needs
Staff was helpful and they had a good system to keep everything flowing which in turn was less wait.
