I want to begin by stating that my experience at the previous clinic, Restore Orthopedics, was extremely disappointing. The surgeon I saw there, Gregory Carlson, informed me that surgery was not an option. His rude and condescending manner was bad enough, but when I asked about alternative treatments, he responded with, 'I'm not God.' His attitude was beyond unprofessional. Excellent experience. Caring staff, including Dr. Morales. They are knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to you.
Dr. Morales is very caring and discusses his point of view concerning my situation and explains things in simple language that is easy to understand.

Overall, my appointment was great! The staff at the Temecula office into the physical therapy. Department is great as well. I am just baffled why my appointments keep changing and I have to keep checking to make sure I have the right time. I called the Temecula office yesterday to confirm my appointment time at 10:45 and was told it now has changed to 11 AM and was asked didn’t someone call you? Jennifer at the front desk is always good and helps me with any of my requests. Dr Troung is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, realistic and has a great bedside manner. She shows that she has compassion for the patient which I haven't seen in some Dr's. Dr Troung works with the patient to find a treatment plan that works for them.
