I was welcomed kindly and respectfully by all the staff. Communication was good and thorough. The only negative was the wait. I asked the receptionist if they were running on schedule when I checked in. She said they were 30 min behind schedule. I was taken to the exam room after about a twenty minute wait. Then I waited for over an hour before the doctor came in to see me. This is not acceptable. The nurse was kind and apologetic about the wait. The first few times I came in everything was fantastic. but lately the electric through out my body was excruciating in my eyes the pain was so so bad. I’m hoping my body will be back to normal soonÂ

Warm and welcoming experience today starting from the moment I walked in the door. Greeted by a staff member who even took the time to make me a cup of coffee as I was a bit early. Kind and caring staff, a wonderful interaction with my dedicated Physician who truly took the time to really listen to me and to perform an in-depth examination, inclusive of informing me of a well thought out future plan of care.
