When a person is in pain, it is very helpful to be greeted by a friendly staff in the front desk in Temecula. The staff are patient and understanding in listening to your needs and the doctors they truly care and discuss all questions with concern. I WAS SEEN IN THE TEMECULA OFFICE. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE ESFI INJECTION PROCESS. DR. ETEMAD WAS GREAT, BUT HIS ASSISTANT NATASHA EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND GAVE US MUCH NEEDED EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR FIRST HEALTHPOINTE EXPERIENCE.

I really think everyone is so sweet and nice in the Temecula office. They care about others and Dr. Lee takes very good care of me and he is very respectful of other's. That goes for all the staff that works here. All the staff takes care of my needs when it comes to me being in pain, they are right on top of it.
