My appointment today was unsatisfactory! The doctors and staff need to understand that the patients’ time is just as important as the doctors too. Every time I have an appointment there, the doctor is ALWAYS late and I mean very late like at least 30-40 minutes late. That is not ok. One time I showed up to an appointment there and was turned away because I was 16 minutes late the time management should go both ways. Everything has been great with your services until I dealt with the one young lady at the check out desk. Extremely rude and wouldn’t let me ask any questions. You should definitely consider retraining her.
