I was on time for my physical therapy appointment at 1pm. Unfortunately, the physical therapist was at lunch so we started late. Aldo they couldn’t find my file or chart to see what exercises to do. So I explained that I remember what they taught me on my first appointment and can I do those exercises. It was a mess in the beginning but it got better later.

Be a whole lot happier if somebody would get my MRI and CT appointment going. been going on for almost two months now. the first company wanted my personal insurance information for a work comp case. Not happening I refused to give it to them. Put in 3 calls to MRI coordinator and 4 calls to insurance adjuster. At htis point it feels as there just running out the clock on the approval.

My appointment today was unsatisfactory! The doctors and staff need to understand that the patients’ time is just as important as the doctors too. Every time I have an appointment there, the doctor is ALWAYS late and I mean very late like at least 30-40 minutes late. That is not ok. One time I showed up to an appointment there and was turned away because I was 16 minutes late the time management should go both ways.
