I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your clinic on Monday, December 2. During my session, Mr. Pope assisted me and made an inappropriate comment while massaging my foot. He stated, “I will please you first and then you will please me,” which made me extremely uncomfortable. I have reported this incident to Dr. Ragheb, who assured me it would be addressed. I trust that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I was given some good advice on how to get better with some home exercises and techniques. Mr. Pope and I had one of the best conversations I have had in a long long time. What an interesting experience and I look forward to sharing with him more. He was the highlight of my week.
I was on time for my physical therapy appointment at 1pm. Unfortunately, the physical therapist was at lunch so we started late. Aldo they couldn’t find my file or chart to see what exercises to do. So I explained that I remember what they taught me on my first appointment and can I do those exercises. It was a mess in the beginning but it got better later.
