I always leave great reviews until the last 2 months. I have had a terrible experience getting my pain meds ordered. I run out as of tomorrow. I leave a message when I can't get through. I also talk to staff and nothing happens. No order. I am sure it was just an error by the Dr, but I don't understand why it is so difficult to get it ordered. I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your clinic on Monday, December 2. During my session, Mr. Pope assisted me and made an inappropriate comment while massaging my foot. He stated, “I will please you first and then you will please me,” which made me extremely uncomfortable. I have reported this incident to Dr. Ragheb, who assured me it would be addressed. I trust that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
