The Temecula staff is exceptional- always helpful, courteous and professional. Dr. Lee never acts rushed, takes his time with me and answers all my questions. I am pleased with my treatment and everyone does very well with the volume of patients they treat here.

Front office was kind and very helpful. This was my first appointment and the staff was great. Dr. Parry was thorough and I never felt rushed to answer questions and “just move on”. Even though this was WC case, I would seek evaluations and treatment on my own at this facility.
Your receptionist forgot to turn in my chart. After 2 other patients, that I heard mention the doctor I was supposed to see, go in, I approached the receptionist , who then stated she hadn’t turned in my chart to be called. Dr Kim was fine but disappointed that appt took so long.
The schedule for appointments is not accurate in the system. The staff schedule for a date and time and when arrive it is not accurate.
Staff is very courteous and helpful. They show compassion and a willingness to help! Doctors are also compassionate and kind!
