Dr. Etemad at the Temecula office is a great doctor!
I usually treat with Dr. Lee and it is usually really busy and a long wait time. But today there was hardly no wait and I was roomed by Natasha the back office supervisor. She was really nice and a great listener, I was really pleased to finally meet her. The staff in Temecula is always a pleasure and Dr. Huette is a good doctor. Thank you!
MY NAME IS JUAN, I HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH HEALTHPOINTE TEMECULA AND I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY VISIT.
The Temecula staff is exceptional- always helpful, courteous and professional. Dr. Lee never acts rushed, takes his time with me and answers all my questions. I am pleased with my treatment and everyone does very well with the volume of patients they treat here.
I’ve been a patient since 2015, Doctors and staff are great however Healthpoint should adjust their policies on appointments and appointment availability. My Dr. wants to see me for check ups sometimes with a 3-6 month interval however Healthpoint wants a new approval from the work comp adjuster every 2 months, additionally my Dr is in the office twice monthly and only one day in July 2026 which makes it extremely difficult for someone who works full time to work around and attend. Great! Everyone at this Healthpoint is very friendly, respectful, and caring, the best Healthpoint I have been too. I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor! She is caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Front office was kind and very helpful. This was my first appointment and the staff was great. Dr. Parry was thorough and I never felt rushed to answer questions and “just move on”. Even though this was WC case, I would seek evaluations and treatment on my own at this facility.
Your receptionist forgot to turn in my chart. After 2 other patients, that I heard mention the doctor I was supposed to see, go in, I approached the receptionist , who then stated she hadn’t turned in my chart to be called. Dr Kim was fine but disappointed that appt took so long.
