Front office was kind and very helpful. This was my first appointment and the staff was great. Dr. Parry was thorough and I never felt rushed to answer questions and “just move on”. Even though this was WC case, I would seek evaluations and treatment on my own at this facility.
Your receptionist forgot to turn in my chart. After 2 other patients, that I heard mention the doctor I was supposed to see, go in, I approached the receptionist , who then stated she hadn’t turned in my chart to be called. Dr Kim was fine but disappointed that appt took so long.
The schedule for appointments is not accurate in the system. The staff schedule for a date and time and when arrive it is not accurate.
Staff is very courteous and helpful. They show compassion and a willingness to help! Doctors are also compassionate and kind!

I always leave great reviews until the last 2 months. I have had a terrible experience getting my pain meds ordered. I run out as of tomorrow. I leave a message when I can't get through. I also talk to staff and nothing happens. No order. I am sure it was just an error by the Dr, but I don't understand why it is so difficult to get it ordered.
