Walked in and was the only person there but for what ever reason still had to wait 15min in the waiting room to even be brought back. Once in the room the nurse got my info and left and forgot to inform the Dr that I was there so I again had to wait another 15-20 min to be seen. After meeting with the Dr I was not given any other instruction weather to wait for results there or to leave so once again I waited and finally went out and asked if I was ok to go the nurse sarcastically said “we don’t get results until 24hrs you s... read more

Dr Bucy did a great job on my ablasion! This review is for the billing dept. I am owed a refund from 17 months ago and they have not sent me a check. I have called at least a dozen times and they say I can expect a check in 12 weeks. I would appreciate my refund! Completely outrageous for this to go on for so long!

The doctor didn’t know why I was there. She thought I was there to get stitches removed, I don’t nor have I had stitches in over a decade. When I told her I wasn’t there for that she asked why I was there. She never checked my chart to see why I was there even though the nurse wrote everything down on my chart. She then wanted to do bloodwork that I had just had done a month and a half ago which she would have known if she had checked my chart.
