The staff and doctors are all amazing! Very friendly and sympathetic! Wouldnt ask for a better team to take care of me in this time!

There were things written in my medical notes that were not told to me in person. Otherwise staff was friendly and establishment was well run and organized.

I am sure they are fine, but not for me. I overheard other patients personal info while waiting in the room. I overheard a doctor discussing VERY personal information over the phone on the other side of my room. ( Couldn't take a patient because they dated her spouse...) Then, after having my problem minimized, I was told I would need to come back 3 separate times before we would probably know exactly what we now know. No possible plans outlined. I had some health concerns, the dr. I seen wouldn’t even let me finish and told me I needed to find a primary doctor. I either have someone holy crap wrong with my thyroid or my body is not producing something that’s messing up my thyroid. Either way she was short and didn’t seem like a carrying dr.

My original appointment was at 2:30pm, I had arrived at 2:33pm. I waited in the waiting room unseen for over an hour, once it was 3:35pm I asked if I would be seen soon since I had seen multiple people come in after me and go back and even leave. I was informed my appointment had been cancelled, they redid an appointment and I ended up being seen at 4:17pm. Absolutely unacceptable to wait almost 2hrs to be seen. I went for a well woman visit and she asked some questions prescribed me something in return I was billed for an office visit when my well woman exams are covered at 100%. My Dr. retired which I was very sad to hear. I will not be returning if they do not fix the problem with their billing. I felt very uncomfortable with this Dr. not sure why or if it was just unfamiliar,
